Terms   2021   DEALERS,  ALL sales from stock are COD -  Payment via cash, or  CC.  If Dolsey credit dept issues terms, said terms will appear on invoice, and dealer agrees by signature of goods receipt to pay within those listed terms. CC # to be given for security guarantee Private label orders require 25 -50% deposit to order. 

When goods are received via motor freight, they are to be inspected, any visible damage, shortage or or issue noted on the signed BOL delivery copy at time of delivery. Customer is responsible for actual shipping charges.

If goods are delivered by a rep, a sales delivery copy is to be signed by the person accepting goods, as proof of receipt of goods in acceptable condition. Any shortage or discrepancy is to be noted on the delivery ticket.  Delivery charge by rep varies depending on the size of the order and goods delivered.    If any of above is unclear, call 757 423 3037 and ask for the Accounting Dept. 

REPs do not have authority to issue credit or give terms.  Only Dolsey accounting staff may issue terms.  dolseyltd@aol.com
